“It’s Trash for the Body”: After Going Without Food for 240 Hours, Kali Muscle’s New Fasting Routine Leaves the Bodybuilding Community in Utter Disbelief

With technological advancement, the fitness world has become more connected over the internet. So much so that every other day, a new trend comes into being. Kali Muscle, an internet fitness personality is recently gaining fame for doing one of the most extreme diet challenges in history. From the 30-day watermelon challenge to the latest water fasting, Kali Muscle has shown no intentions of stopping with his unique diet habits.
The 48-year-old bodybuilder, however, does not regard the effect that these fasting routines might have on his body. He had, in the past, also gone through medical emergencies after his body was unable to cope with the repeated changes. Recently, the bodybuilder revealed a new fasting regime that he was going to engage in, this time planning to only survive on a diet that included another fruit.

Days after getting done with his water fasting, this time Muscle decided that pineapple was the next fruit he wanted to keep in his dietary plans. Hence in the latest Instagram reel, he announced the official beginning of the Pineapple Fast. In the caption of the post, he wrote, “Pineapple Fast has officially begun #pineapple #fasting #detox”.

Moreover, in the video itself, the bodybuilder talked about how he was consuming pineapple juice and a box of pineapple pieces after his workout sessions. He also said in the video, “This is acidic, but goes down alkaline baby.”
However, when the fitness community got to know about his new venture, they could not restrain themselves from pointing out what they thought was wrong in his decision. The community brutally criticized the influencer.

Fitness enthusiasts seem unhappy about Kali Muscle’s Pineapple fast
One of the shocked fans pointed out, “Pineapple its trash for the body.” While another fan commented, “Blood sugar bout to be higher than giraffe p***.” Yet another fan pointed out the sugar level in the fruit. They stated, “Too much sugar in pineapples.” Another focused on the fact that he had technically already broken his fast and penned, “Juice from a bottle? U just broke yo fast hommie. That shit in glass is mostly sugar, preservatives & garbage.” Yet another viewer suggested, “I’m not really watching but this will only f*** your body up only eating fruit or not eating at all. You need a balanced diet. You are fucked because of years of steriod abuse and eating sh**”
