Jared Leto, the American singer from Thirty Seconds to Mars is also a known actor in America. From his hits such as Fight Club, and American Psycho to one of his latest releases like We Crashed, Leto’s craft has always been praised. Recently, he referred to the bodybuilding legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger and explained how he sounded similar to Arnie in one of his roles.

Jared Leto claims to sound like Arnold Schwarzenegger

In a YouTube video, Jared Leto was featured and talked about the roles he had played. When he was asked whether he follows real-life individuals for inspiration for his roles like former WeWork CEO Adam Neumann in his mini-drama series We Crashed, he said something shocking. The actor mimicked, “Rise and Grind,” mouthing one of his dialogues from the series. The very next moment Leto realised how his voice had a similar tone as The Austrian Oak. He further made things clearer and stated, “I sounded like Arnold Schwarzenegger.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger has had a big impact on the entertainment world just like how he has had in bodybuilding. Specifically, when Leto talks about sounding like Arnie, it is owing to the immense popularity that the fitness icon has in the field. Arnie’s demeanor and physical language are so widely popular that one instantly registers it as a mimic of the former bodybuilding star.

The world might not have ever encountered the masterpiece movie Twins if Arnold Schwarzenegger had not gone out of his way. He persuaded production houses on his own terms. After getting rejected by several of them, they finally agreed on a special clause to make the movie. Arnold Schwarzenegger stated in his book, Be?Useful: Seven Tools for Life, ?If a studio agreed to make our movie, all three of us would agree to make zero salaries. Instead, we would take a piece of the net profits, called ?backend? in Hollywood language. We would only make money if the studio made money.?
