There was a time in Mr. Olympia’s history when even the unquestionable dominance of Ronnie Coleman was judged by the bodybuilding fans. They were outraged to see The King defeat Markus Rühl despite the latter bringing greater mass to the stage. Recently, the elite German bodybuilder joined hands with Classic Physique icon Urs Kalecinski for a workout session.

Rühl, who maintains his huge frame at 51, stunned the bodybuilding fans. The online community is still hurt, recounting how he was robbed of the Mr. Olympia title in 2004.

The retired IFBB Pro joined hands with his fellow German bodybuilder for a gym session. After the training session, Urs and Markus Rühl hit the iconic photoshoot pose of Rühl and Dennis Wolf in 2003. Disappointed bodybuilding fans rushed to the comment to note how the 2004 Mr. Olympia wasn’t fair enough. “The judges told him that he wasn‘t big enough,” lamented a fan mocking a decade-old decision. “Bro is bigger than miracle bear even retired,” noted a stunned fan. “Ruhl could of been a soldier of Warhammer, without the Armour,” suggested another die-hard fan hailing Rühl mass.

Lol judges say you are not big enough,” mocked 2004 Mr. Olympia judges’ decision to not recognize Rühl’s bodybuilding worth. “Bro was bigger standing beside Ronnie Coleman,” declared another devastated fan. Despite securing a 5th position in the event, the bodybuilding fans could see how Rühl had every chance to win the 2004 Mr. Olympia, given his massive size and shoulders. The 320 lb German bodybuilder is regarded as one of the elite bodybuilders who never claimed the Sandow Trophy.
