Kali Muscle prefers cane sugar over zero-calorie sugar

In his latest Instagram post, Muscle claimed that peanut butter was bad for health and that consuming it can lead to many issues. In his usual style, Muslce stated the ingredients and read from the bottle, “They say naturally delicious peanut butter, honey. Oh that’s my thing. I eat a lot of honey in a day, baby. Two tablespoons, 210 calories. Sodium, you will get the sodium, 90 miligrams.” Then he read how the product has cane sugar, which he believes to be better than fake sugars. “You get organic honey, cane sugar, questionable but better than fake sugar or zero calorie sugar to me,” he said.

The bodybuilder continued to read on and realized that it had peanut oil, which he thought wasn’t very good. However, what concerned Muslce the most was the presence of palm oil in peanut butter. “Palm oil, This got palm oil. That’s the worst fat you can get in your body. It cause health disease and health problems. It’s documented. Don’t listen to a bot doctor tell you this. This is bad, stay away from it,” he exclaimed.

Outside of his tips and warnings about food and diet, Kali Muscle also imparts his views about bulking up as a bodybuilder. But like his usual self, he focused on the harmful effects of bulking up.
