In 2021, fans around the world held their breath when news broke that Kali Muscle, the epitome of strength and resilience, had suffered a serious heart attack. The incident was a stark reminder that even the strongest among us are not immune to the unexpected cruelties that life can dish out. In a recent YouTube video, Kali opened up about his life after the heart attack and how it impacted his mental state. While he managed to survive the near-death experience, battling his mental health issues was proving to be a real challenge.

Kali talks about his mental health

The YouTube video, named Why My Mental Health is Declining, showed Kali Muscle reiterating the trajectory that led to his present mental state. He starts by saying, ?I didn?t know that eating the stuff I was eating, could have caused me to have a health problem.? He then went on to say about the prime time of his career and said, ?Thought I was at the top of the world.?

Unfortunately, Kali suffered a heart attack and, ?Got a stent put in my heart my whole life changed.? The most heartbreaking for him was that he knew, ?I would no longer be able to body-build.?

That started the road of which I never termed it that; depression.? Despite these tough times, he continues to live bravely, maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He still strives to impact the everyday lives of others positively.

48-year-old bodybuilder left bystanders baffled

In an earlier video, Kali dressed up as an elderly man and stunned onlookers by lifting weights. He strolled along the beach pretending to be an old man, and when he arrived at an outdoor gym, he removed his cardigan to reveal his muscular arms.

While Muscle looked like an?80?year old he started doing multiple reps of weightlifting. After the fourth rep, he said,??Mother***ing old out here? I can?t do that thing no more.??He also encouraged people to do more calisthenics, boxing, and MMA. Even when he is battling his inner demons, Kali brings a smile to other people?s faces. Right now he needs the most amount of support he can get.
