Greg Doucette yet again slashes Sam Sulek for his fitness routine

Sulek’s athletic career started with diving classes before he started lifting weights at the gym. Soon, he became a bodybuilding sensation on social media, with 936K followers on Instagram. While his physique resembles a professional bodybuilder, many, including elite coach Greg Doucette are critical of his training and dietary routines.

Despite the 21-year-old never confessing about PED dependency, coach Doucette, fitness YouTuber Demers, and others believe that his gains are not natural. Now, after the young icon shared his cardio routine on his YouTube channel, Doucette reviewed the video and went on to call it, “Sam Sulek Does Cardio Wrong.”

At the start of the video, the IFBB coach praised Sulek for waking up early and aligning his day for workouts. However, when the young fitness fanatic confessed, “I feel like the StairMaster is just so too hard,” the coach lost it. Correcting Sulek’s claims, Doucette added, “He’s 100 percent wrong, the only reason he thinks the StairMaster is too hard is because he’s going at too quick of a pace.” However, the online fitness community came to Sulek’s rescue to defend him from the coach’s criticism.
