As the 81-year-old bodybuilder was again asked to speak about his marriage, he declared how there’s no secret to a happy marriage.

Even though the three times Mr. Olympia’s winner rejected the idea of a ‘happy secret’, he did tell the audience a little more about his married life and his wife’s accomplishments. The proud husband also updated the fans about the activities the couple likes to do together.

Frank Zane gets into a heartfelt tête-à-tête about his lady love and marriage

In his interview with Steve Reeves Hercules, Zane was asked what was the secret behind his long-lasting marriage with Christine. In reply, the former Mr. Universe stated, “There’s no secret we just get along it’s the main thing we see eye to eye on things and we discuss openly you know what’s happening in the world and we work out together.”

Frank Zane doesn’t want to leave behind a gap

When Zane was once asked about his opinion about the afterlife, the bodybuilder in his 80s responded that he never really feared his own death. Instead, he stated how he would not like to leave his wife behind. He said, “I am not really that afraid or fear passing away. I just don’t like thinking about the gap I will leave. Like with my wife, leaving her and all that behind. I mean, I know there’s something else but the fact that you have to leave and that everybody has to leave.”
