With two commendable Olympia victories back in 2020 and 2021, Mamdouh Elssbiay aka Big Ramy became a sensation in the bodybuilding community. He could have been on a winning streak if he won the competition again in 2022, but his fate took a different turn and the two-time Olympia champ lost to Hadi Choopan. Afterward, he pulled out of 2023 Olympia owing to multiple injuries that affected him pretty badly. 

Now that we have entered the new year 2024, the Egyptian legend seems determined to stand out again. It can be predicted from his recent post in which he was seen flaunting his illustrious body, tipping off his intentions about the battle he was going to fight this year. Amazed by his illustrious body, fans started pouring wishes and love for the bodybuilder. Is he gearing up for something big?

In a recent video uploaded by BisandTris’s Instagram channel, we saw Mamdouh Elssbiay giving captivating body poses that already made a winner among his large fan following on social media. The video was captioned with a quote, “An update on @big_ramy ahead of the 2024 season!”

Even though the 2022 and 2023 may not have been successful for him, he has not given up yet. Instead, he is preparing for new challenges. The 39-year-old Egyptian bodybuilder only could make it to fifth place in Olympia 2022. Apart from Olympia, the Arnold Classic also brought some disappointments for him.

Showing disappointment for him at the Arnold Classic, one of the users expressed, “He certainly looks better, although I really still can’t understand what was exactly so bad at the Arnold ’23”
