In his recent YouTube, the King noted, “I’ve been hearing a lot about this kid Sam Sulek.” So, Big Ron wanted to witness Sulek’s workout protocols. He was seen reviewing the viral bodybuilder’s gym videos and got pretty excited by the young lad’s efforts. “Working on triceps, looking good Sam,” Coleman opined.

But Coleman wants Sulek to work on heavy weights and focus on form. “Got to hit the weights hard and heavy, you got some weight on that bad boy. Might need to work on the form just a little bit though, you hitting it though,” Coleman confessed to Sulek’s gym clip. However, it isn’t the first time Sulek got advice to improve his form.

Earlier, Mike Israetel, the exercise scientist, also reviewed Sulek’s training techniques and was upset with his poor form. He pointed out how the 21-year-old lacked proper control while doing an inclined bench press technique. Israetel opined that lifting heavy without form would not add to the muscle gain as there would be minimal muscle-mind connection.
