Even though he trains seven days a week, he encourages individuals to find a balance that suits their bodies and goals. When Cutler was asked about his routine, he started answering by laughing and emphasized, “It’s kind of funny, because I don’t like to admit something that I’ve been strict about. You need days off, you need to rest. You’re going to grow outside the gym. I train seven days a week, but I’m going to tell you at least a grouping of my body parts.”

The bodybuilding veteran further discusses the seven-day routine by saying, “So, one day, I do chest and calves. Everyone always knows I do calves before the chest. The second day, I’ll do arms, biceps, and triceps .” Cutler allocates the third day exclusively for shoulder training. Notably, he emphasizes that the shoulder deserves its dedicated session.
Furthermore, the fourth day is dedicated solely to back training. By isolating this major muscle group, Cutler maximizes the effectiveness of his workouts. On the fifth day, he prefers working on his legs. Leg training is crucial for overall strength and physique development. However, amidst his revelation, he takes a moment to share his wisdom and advice taking a day off after an intense back and leg session.
Additionally, his advice is particularly for those aiming to gain mass and want to get bigger. He underscores the significance of rest, especially when “training extreme, pushing yourself, training to failure.” Despite his rigorous training schedule, Cutler modestly admits that he doesn’t always train hard. He advocates finding a rhythm that works for individuals’ lifestyles and incorporating breaks, especially during travels.
