Mike O’Hearn opens up about ‘Arnold’

O’Hearn has previously acknowledged on numerous occasions that he draws inspiration from “The Austrian Oak.” Mike recently noted that at moments like these, when talking about the challenges of following a strict diet, Schwarzenegger’s words serve as inspiration for him to push through the discomfort.

O’Hearn stated during a YouTube video that it’s not great to be that low on body fat while carrying heavy muscle mass and minimizing food. He confessed and continued, “I have to do it to make sure that I continuously try to force to get better and better and better.

It never gets easier but for me, I like that! And I go back to what Arnold said, I don’t want to be comfortable!” he stated. Adding to this, he said, “I want to be hungry and stay hungry and keep fighting to try to do everything else that’s coming my way and continue to do what I love and create the physique.
