It is not surprising to see CBum at the top of the list. In the very first call-out, he has made it as per everyone’s expectation. Despite a rocky start to training this year and talks about his retirement, most predictions regarding the division still did center around Bumstead.

Like everyone else, CBum also was pretty sure about his chances at the Mr. Olympia. Let us look at what he said about himself before pre-judging.

CBum had exuded confidence about winning again

In his latest interview, moments before getting on the Mr. Olympia stage, CBum commented how this year was different than his previous appearance on Mr. Olympia’s stage. Unlike last year, when CBum had a last-minute bicep tear, this season he feels at the top of his game. Thus, he stated pretty boldly, dismissing everyone’s misconceptions, “I’m not saying that to be arrogant or an as***. Truly I just know last year I won I can be better than last year.”
