IFBB icon Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, Patrick, has persistently shown his interest in the basketball world. His overenthusiasm for the sport once even got him kicked out of a premier NBA game. In May, the star kid was asked to leave a Lakers game after he breached a security rule by drawing too close to the sidelines. Hence, he had to leave the premises. Continuing with his interest in the sport, he recently shared a post on Twitter mocking the recent offseason trades of NBA players.

A recent update on the trade list of the NBA 2020 draft class had left Patrick in doubt. Mocking at the grand contracts, which overall amount to nearly $1 billion, he pondered the total number of playoff wins for these players.

A recent tweet by Bleacher Report revealed a list of names of 2020 drafted NBA players that have been traded for huge chunks this offseason. Timberwolves shooting guard Anthony Edwards, a.k.a. Ant-Man, bagged a $260 million deal. Similarly, LaMelo Ball and Tyrese Haliburton also signed similar deals worth $260 million, whereas Desmond Bane was traded for a $207 million contract.

The total amount shot up to $987 million, which seemed to irk the 29-year-old actor. He responded to the post by raising doubt. He asked in the caption, “How many playoff wins combined?” and subtly challenged the trades by questioning the players’ potential. The actor urged the community to think about the number of final games they had won “combined.”

The caption on the report stated, “The 2020 draft class is securing the bag this offseason.” However, this is not the first instance in which Patrick has expressed his interest in the sport. He once hailed a basketball favorite publicly with an interesting revelation.

In another Twitter post, the fitness model once took the opportunity to acknowledge basketball legend LeBron James‘ extraordinary balling skills. As believed by many, the American All-Star reigns on the court in current times, with very few in sight to carry on his legacy. Hence, iterating his admiration for the athlete, Patrick penned down an interesting note for him.

“My knees hurt after a long walk and this guy playing 48 minutes at 38 years old,” he chimed in on Twitter. At 29, he claimed that he is exhausted by a long walk itself, whereas James never fails to impress with his performance, playing for 48 minutes straight, even at nearly 40.
