One of the biggest advocates of gym culture and gym positivity, Joey Swoll, known as the CEO of Gym Positivity, is not always doing serious videos and advocating against a toxic environment in the gym. The bodybuilding champion who was bullied as a child always supports a positive environment inside and outside the gym and advocates for people who are being bullied. However, sometimes he also posts snippets of wholesomeness and fun in the gym that melt people’s hearts.

This time the video was hilarious because he was a part of it, even if it was in the background and people saw a new side of the serious CEO of Gym Positivity.

The new Instagram video uploaded by him starts with a girl by the name of MusclenMommy who is trying to do some deadlift squats and there is someone behind her dancing. Funnily enough, it is none other than Joey Swoll who has incredible dance moves which are hilarious as well. He decided to twerk in the background when she was doing her exercise. And she did not like it. However, everything was definitely a joke and the whole video was light-hearted. He captioned the post: “I need to mind my own business! 😂😂😂.”

However, this time he was calling himself out for getting into the shot of the woman. He said while laughing out loud, “That man needs to mind his own business. That handsome man with those incredible dance moves needs to mind his own business.”

Joey Swoll supports the gym bro

There was a video where a young man was exercising and had set up the camera in front of him. Someone walked in front of his camera, but he did not mind at all and had a very positive outlook towards it. He said that if someone gets mad at thi,s then they should buy a gym.

Swoll was proud of him and decided to support him by talking on his video. However, the way he talks is extremely funny because he was in his bathroom wearing a soft peach bathrobe and listening to Whitney Houston’s ‘I Wanna Dance with Somebody’. The funniest part was that he was combing through his shiny bald head while using a hairdryer and then he noticed the fans and said, “You’re still here? The video’s over,” since he knew people would be expecting his signature, “you must do better.”

Swoll then declared that the man already said what had needed to be said, and it was all correct and that is why he saved the CEO of Gym Positivity from explaining too much. What do you think about Joey Swoll’s funny streak?
