Bodybuilding?veteran?Arnold Schwarzenegger?has dedicated his whole life to the sport and has no regrets. So much so that he still has not refrained from practicing his basics to some extent, as he remains a regular gym goer at 75. Having been involved with fitness for most of his life, the former athlete hardly needs assistance from others on the matter, yet, Arnie is still open to learning.
However, the former bodybuilder’s efforts to encourage people towards fitness often backfire when they start criticizing him for his past, usually for his steroid usage. He once?publicly confessed that he used steroids?in his prime, but in smaller doses, until they were made illegal in 1990. Therefore, a recent Instagram post by Schwarzenegger drew a plethora of negative and positive comments. Undisturbed by the scrutiny, Arnie chimed in with a befitting response.

Arnold Schwarzenegger asserts his expertise?
The 75-year-old pro took to his Instagram a few hours ago and penned a perceptive message for the community. Besides that, he also added two pictures of him, one from his prime bodybuilding days and the other from his recent gym sessions. While the shredded physique seemed to have faded, the mentality remains the same for the star athlete.

In the caption, Arnie emphasized the importance of his fitness endeavor, Arnold?s Pump Club, and claimed to have made it to?”cut through the b******t.”?Moreover, he added, “Let?s be honest. There are a lot of shysters in health and fitness who have something to sell you”?to highlight the several fraudulent acts and misguided enthusiasts. Not concerned about trends and “fads,” Arnie asserted that with his expertise in the field, he has been training people for more than 50 years.
Other than that, the Austrian Oak took notice of a user?s comment that called out the Arnie haters. The user deemed the newsletter and the app to be nothing but “positive” for them and others. “You all could use a little of what Arnold is giving away,” it read. However, the user vouching for the athlete irritated him. “Remember what I said a week or so ago. I?ve been tuning out naysayers for 65 years. Nobody needs to worry about me!” Arnie stated. As a matter of fact, even this post drew quite a few negative remarks from users.
Users criticized Arnold Schwarzenegger?s finesse
Within hours, the update gathered a range of insights from the community. Many remarks about the athlete were not pleasant. One comment read, “We all know he took steroids, but there’s not many of you who would be able to achieve a physique like he has.” Whereas, another insight opined, “Absolutely the GOAT! But wow, what a difference steroids made.“

A user took a bold dig at bodybuilders and wrote, “I love folks who think that there were professional bodybuilders who DIDN?T use steroids back then. Either you used or you didn?t compete. Period.”?Nevertheless, several fans sided with Arnie?s knowledge. Hence, a comment stated, “Arnold?s newsletter is no bulls**it, good health information that applies to ANYONE on any health journey.“
