His confidence about winning his fifth Olympia also raises high hopes for his fans. Now that he has announced another update about his daily diet, fans are shocked.

Chris Bumstead’s nighttime food habits

In his very latest YouTube video, CBum vloged his Chest Day. At the beginning of his video, he talked about how nice it feels to have his stomach filled. He mentioned having two meals pre-workout before revealing the sad truth. Bumstead confessed,?“I tried to train a bit early, and my belly feels full, which honestly is kind of nice. Cause it’s normally f***** empty all the time.”

Furthermore, he also sheds light on the fact that before Mr. Olympia, his training and preparation are at their peak, and thus, he skips dinners. He remarked,?”I’ve been going to bed hungry, waking up in the night hungry. But it’s a good thing because getting shredded slowly, moving forward every day.”
