Building huge biceps is something that every lifter aspires to do. Unfortunately, not everyone has good bicep genes due to which we fail to have the perfect bicep peak that we often dream of looking at our favorite bodybuilders and fitness influencers. One bodybuilder who is known for his amazing arm genetics is none other than Sergio Oliva.

Winning at the Mr. Olympia stage three times in his career, Sergio Oliva is one of the few three bodybuilders ever to defeat the legendary 7x, Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger. While Schwarzenegger made a name for himself in the show biz by entering Hollywood, Oliva also managed to get an anime character after him that most people are not aware of.

Despite being on-stage rivals, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sergio Oliva had mutual respect for each other. Competing against a genetic freak like Oliva is what brought out a much better version of Schwarzenegger as a competitor as well. A perfect example of his good genetics was also the fact that while athletes had to starve themselves to get stage-ready, Oliva’s metabolism was so well that he never had to go on a strict diet. Inspired by his unreal arms, the Japanese manga series Baki, which is now available in the form of an anime as well, made a character after Oliva. The character was none other than the fan-favorite Biscuit Oliva.
