Lean Beef Patty is a fitness influencer and bodybuilder who has made several trend-setting fitness video tropes on TikToks and Instagram. The better-known of them all has certainly been, “Mildly Muscular Women Think They’re Gods”. Most of her posts show her shredded and chiseled body. Moreover, she also tries her best to provide guidance to their followers. Recently, she revealed the routine that she uses to maintain her abs.

Lean Beef Patty asks one to perform till failure

Patty did not only write about which fitness routine she follows, but she showed it to her fans through short videos describing how it was done. She also made a snarky comment right after revealing her secret routine. She sarcastically said, “Sets/reps are just a recommendation/what I did. If it’s not enough or too much, you can perform to failure as well.”

The female bodybuilder revealed doing the following helps her the most. She listed doing, 3×15 up-down plank, 3×10 Crossbody & side mountain climbers, and 3×10 Tuck up/v-up where she also suggested an easier alternative. She also recommended 3×10 V up & overs for which she added, “People usually do it over a dumbbell but that’s more for cueing, you can just visualize lol.”

Patty does not only talk about how to do her routine, she insists on pointing out various reasons why one might not get their desired results.

Lean Beef Patty’s words of motivation for building her

Patty focused on several factors that are at play while one tries to tone their abs or build it from scratch. She initially talked about how working out alone reduced the chances of getting visual abs in a short span of time. The bodybuilder made a statement about goals and what should be given more priority. She stated, “It may not be a realistic goal to try and maintain them all year round but REGARDLESS if you have them or not, it’s good to build core strength & you’re still just as good with or without them.”
