While exercise preference is a subjective topic for every individual, one can not deny the huge amount of respect that ‘bench press’ has earned for itself over the years. Every lifter dreams of hitting a 225-pound bench press at least once in his life. Making a funny video during their chest training session, Baena and company recorded a funny video where Baena asked his friends to “put 585 out for starters.” Amazed by this, his friend Roger expressed his disbelief over the incident.

Baena’s views on genetics and bodybuilding

While working out with Mike O’Hearn recently at the Gold’s Gym, Venice, the duo trained arms together. Amidst many other topics that the duo discussed, at one point, O’Hearn asked Baena if he thought replicating someone’s training would result in the same outcome. Baena cleverly replied to this by stating that even if it does not, there’s no harm in trying.

Baena stated, “You know, maybe this person just has good genetics for that particular body part. But if they’re able to use the genetics and grow it to the maximum, why not implement those same exercises that they’re using?”
