Moreover, Schwarzenegger also implored people to join his challenge to improve one’s health. He said, “Join me in my challenge – sign up for the newsletter, and shoot for raising your daily step average by 1,000 steps.” He had previously explained, “A lifetime in the gym has taught me that small progressions are the key to sustainable success.”

Schwarzenegger thus asked his followers that if they could accommodate 1000 steps more every single day, they could achieve something great. He stated, “Nothing crazy. I don’t want you to set a goal of 10,000 steps if you walk 3,000 today.” Instead, he said, “Just 1,000 steps more every day. Do whatever you have to do. Set a reminder on your phone.”
