In his recent Instagram post, Wheeler displays himself doing a solid, faultless bench press. Besides showing his followers the right way to exercise, he further says, “Simple but not easy, Flex Wheeler coaching.”?According to his guidance, to make some advanced movements, the bar, at all times, should be correctly even. However, it should also sit between the chest and neck to help in getting a “great stretch.”

As the video proceeds, Wheeler meticulously demonstrates his exercise step by step. He dictates, “Elbows up high, let it come down to your neck. Good stress in doing that. That’s it.” Additionally, he changes the angle of the video for the audience to get a fuller view and understand the process better.

His car crash and later kidney transplant have given him lingering vascular and circulatory issues. Albeit these cost him his right leg, Flex still had never let it be a problem in his fitness. Running his supplement line, the IFBB pro still has a secured position in the bodybuilding world.
