He shared a TikTok update recently, answering a fan question enquiring about Rich Piana?s use of ?oil?.

Amon Adibi reveals Rich Piana?s secret to massive muscles

Adibi became candid about his best friend, and training partner when the question, ?Did Rich have implants or was he injecting oil?? was asked. Amon decided to address the question openly. He started the answer by saying, ?I made several videos probably like a year ago or maybe a little less because people always ask about Rich.?

Adibi informed people about Rich and explained, ?People don?t know Rich was a big legit bodybuilder before all the tattoos and the pumped-up muscles with oil. He was a pretty decent bodybuilder.?

Adibi also added that Rich had torn a bicep and said, ?As he got older, he started doing, uh, he tore a bicep and he started putting filler in there. It?s not considered synthol.? He also added that after tearing the bicep, Rich started injecting, oils and implants to increase his muscles.

?He couldn?t train heavy at all his joints were shot,? is what Amon said further. However, Adibi added that Rich was a great man and had a huge persona in real life and he misses his dear friend a lot. Even if Piana had used implants and oils himself, he had raised his voice against the dark side of the supplement industry as well while he was alive.

In 2017, Rich Piana talked to ?Egg White Crystal? inventor?Rodrigo?about protein powders and revealed a dark secret. He said, ?When you read the label, it says 24 g of protein. That number is determined by the nitrogen balance in the product and there are other things you can add to the product to bring up the nitrogen balance?. This means that the protein number would be shown higher when it is not.

Piana said that no protein brand was delivering what they were promising to the customers. He was visibly frustrated and said, ?It?s simple things like this that people just do not? They?re not educated, they don?t understand. No one puts us out there because it?s a f**king multi-billion-dollar business?.
