Unlike bodybuilding weight training practices, Calisthenics offers more flexibility while not compromising on a ripped body. Also, it requires very little equipment to practice and become a pro in Calisthenics. So, Matt Lewis focused on improving his Calisthenics and now is a gem in performing bodyweight movements. Naturally, this has left a mark on his online tribe.

In his last Instagram post, the 51-year-old used two tree stumps to showcase his Calisthenics talent in his grass-filled garden.
