While he certainly helped in popularizing the sport, he also made sure to pass on his Greek-god genetics to his son, Joseph Baena, as seen in his latest Instagram birthday post.

Baena has been deep into fitness and lifting for a while now. Having achieved an aesthetic and impressive physique over the years, he maintains an active social media presence, keeping his fans posted about the updates in his fitness journey. As he recently turned 26, Baena posted a video of himself from a recent triathlon he participated in.

As Baena was about to turn twenty-six, he decided to participate in a triathlon, which consisted of swimming, running, and cycling. After participating in the Malibu triathlon, he revealed that he felt proud of himself for completing the challenge. Just days after this revelation, Baena posted another video from the triathlon, in which he could be seen running on the beach.

The video reminded the fans of an old and famous clip of Arnold Schwarzenegger from his prime years, which was very similar to Baena’s post. Baena’s caption read, “Twenty Six? More like Twenty SICK! Here’s your POV of me running into my late twenties.”

Coming across the post, many fans could not help but draw comparisons between Baena and his father. While many comments appreciated his physique, there were countless comments from people who were reminded of Arnold after they saw Baena’s video.

Taking a look at the video, many fans could not help but wonder what it would be like if Baena played the roles that Arnold once did.
