Chris Bumstead is going to be a father any time now. As excited as the bodybuilder is, he does not compromise with his usual fitness routine. In fact, he is doing it more so because he might get quite busy as soon as the baby arrives. Thus, while talking about his back and chest workouts, Bumstead also revealed his new habit.

Chris Bumstead wants to make the best use of time

In his latest YouTube video, Chris Bumstead shared his back and chest routines. But while doing his exercises, the bodybuilder also added how Courtney King might go into labor. He stated, “Courtney’s going to go to labor literally any second now.” He also added that he needs to keep his phone on loud mode as he remarked, “I got to keep my phone on loud.”

CBum also expressed how he felt the need to do as many exercises as he wants since he might get occupied once he gets the call from Courtney. Hence, Bumstead remarked, “So I’m hitting some chest and back shoulders and arms, Cause you never know when my last workout is going to come in so I’m not sleeping.”

Chris Bumstead and his wife, Courtney King were recently asked what they want their baby to do in her career. Well, the couple did not hint towards bodybuilding.

Bumstead chooses strength over aesthetics

Courtney King explained that she does not want the baby to do bodybuilding. In fact, she stated, “In any way before you would think because he’s doing it and currently does it and I’ve done it. that we’re like yeah bodybuilding. And I’m all for like you know being active and working out or whatever she wants to do whatever, even if she doesn’t want to do that that’s fine.” After saying this, Chris Bumstead also added his own opinion.

Chris Bumstead talked about how he would not mind the baby to get into powerlifting as it is more about strength as compared to bodybuilding which is about aesthetics. He also added, “Wouldn’t force her to do it but I would say gymnastics and Tennis.” He said, “I kind of want to play tennis.”
