The rising internet sensation Sam Sulek is climbing the popularity ladder and making his name in the fitness industry. But the 22-year-old bodybuilding enthusiast sometimes has been called out for his ego-lifting by well-known bodybuilding figures like Dr. Mike Israetel. Despite this, the fitness influencer holds a special place in the hearts of youngsters.

The former Arnold Classic Champion Samson Dauda and the young gym freak teamed up for a recent YouTube video on the channel Hosstile. They had a chest day together, and Dauda shared some wisdom with Sulek on his form. Let’s find out whether the insight helps Sulek or not.

Let’s see what kind of set I can get with the hundreds instead of the 150s. I tell you what? I’m still an ego lifter at heart, so this is, uh, this is hard from over here,” the young fitness influencer was seen saying in the video. Sulek was performing an incline chest press with the Nigerian Lion, who fixed Sulek’s form by giving him light weights. Dauda put his finger on the fitness influencer’s chest and helped Sulek understand how the contraction was important for gains.

The young bodybuilding enthusiast did nine reps with the one-hundred-pound dumbbells. “That’s better; yeah, oh, that’s what we’re talking about,” the Nigerian Lion praised the 21-year-old fitness influencer. Dauda further explained that when you feel the contraction and squeeze, you’ll understand there’s no need to lift heavy weights.

The Nigerian Lion continued and added that following this approach will help avoid injuries to your pecs. Just like the former Arnold Classic Champion, the exercise scientist had earlier advised the young fitness freak to work on his form.
