When Vanja asks her to tell her students what is the secret to longevity and health, she has a profound answer to it. Miss May says, “Move, our body designed to move. Not for staying sitting on the sofa. And watching other people what they do.”

After that Vanja further asks “What’s the best skill you have?”, to which Miss May answers “Perhaps for my age, very soon 71 years old. So you getting old and your body not only needs muscle, you also need to exercise”. Along with this, she highlighted three things: flexibility, body cooperation, and balance.

When he was 32 years old he had said “When you get older, you should slowly decrease the body weight, leaner and leaner because it’s better for your heart,”.

The video not only showed Miss May answering questions, but also her flexibility. She was doing handstands and splits like a pro, and her age did not come in the way.
