In the fitness world, gym and training are most likely the chief assignments. While some people falter at it, others triumph over it majestically. Whether through intense resilience towards defeat or rather enthusiasm for a win, trainers spend a lot of their time and effort in heavy workouts. Through a chilling video from one such session, Mitchell Hooper left his fans astonished.

In a recent video posted by Hooper, he explicitly shows the world the strength of his legs. In about 8 sets, he goes from 1190 lbs to 1550 lbs. However, he doesn’t stop there; he goes up to 1730 lbs and finally as high as 2000 lbs. Awestruck by his endeavours, one said in the comments, “Crazy genetics. Guy is insane. Marathon? ✅ Strongman? ✅ Guy could compete in all kinds of disciplines at high level. Like CrossFit, powerlifting or athletics. Insanely gifted. 👍🏻👍🏻”. While another fan really boosted his wits and let it know that he is revered by his fan: “Fantastic content, you deserve everything you work for.”

Another fan lightly commented, “Holy cow! How is your recovery after such an intense leg session? Surprised you’re not crawling out to the car park hahaha”. However, there were other fans who remarked, “1st strongest man who displays a vest spectrum of athleticism….” Although, the most striking of all must be the instance where fans show equally high ambition for their idols when they say, “If you win the shaw classic I think we can safely call you the fittest/strongest man in history. usually it’s one or the other never both”.

Mitchell has already achieved a lot of titles with his rigorous training and somewhat genetic facilities. However, not being able to win the last Shaw Classic in 2022 made him strive for it this year again.

Hooper’s participation in Shaw Classic

In 2022, Hooper participated but only secured the 3rd position in the Shaw Classic, with Trey Mitchell winning it. Albeit 2022 was Hooper’s debut in the world of competitive strongman championships. He outdid many aspiring competitors who had been trying for years on end. With the turn of the year and his tremendous training, Mitchell has been winning several contests in 2023, including Arnold Strongman Classic, World’s Strongest Man, and Australia’s Strongest International.
