According to Barbend, the NPC athlete didn?t allow her responsibilities as a busy flight crew and new mother, to get in the way of her bodybuilding escapade. She gave birth to her now-1-year-old daughter in February 2022 and won third place at the NPC Steve Metropolitan Championships Bikini Open the next year, specifically on April 8, 2023.?

Her best strategy? Being self-sufficient and mapping out her schedules efficiently. Besides that, her tiny family had a big role to play in her new-found success. ?[My daughter] just turned one in February. So, having a tiny human to care for is hard as it is, but when you add a job and bodybuilding? That?s even harder,? she spoke on the matter.?

Yet, her zealous efforts were unhindered by the tight schedules. She hailed her mother, husband, in-laws, and her grandma for all the hard work they put in for her, also cheering for her unequivocally. Thus, Parise chimed in, ?When they say ?it takes a village,? it couldn?t be truer.? Likewise, another mom bodybuilder left the community in awe with her bouldering biceps.?
