YouTube content and creating videos have become common for a long time and are now even a career option for youngsters. Some of the people who made it into full-time jobs and became millionaires are PewDiePie, Ninja, Mr Beast, and others. Among all of them, PewDiePie is the most popular and known for its achievements. He has crossed more than 111 million subscribers on YouTube and is $56 million rich.

And why are we talking about PewDiePie here? It’s because he’s shredded. He takes fitness rather seriously and has a physique to rival Abercrombie models. However, Mike Israetel, a Ph.D. in sports physiology and a bodybuilding icon was a bit taken back when he saw the YouTuber’s gym equipment.

He recently made a video on PweDiePie’s workout. The video titled Exercise Scientist Critiques PewDiePie’s Training showed another video by the Youtuber. The exercise scholar started the video by speaking a bit about the YouTuber’s Swedish accent. Then he moved on to the equipment and gear part of the workout, which didn’t seem to please Israetel.

In the video, PewDiePie is seen talking about his equipment and stating that these are the ones he’s always used. To this, the Ph.D. holding fitness trainer said, “Woah that’s low budget. I thought this mother *** was making like a trillion dollars an hour on YouTube! Respect for not spending your money on du** sh** like gym equipment.”

Then the scholar said that even if he did not have proper equipment Felix could train his body to be jacked because fancy equipment is not needed for the basic exercises. The social media sensation also revealed that he uses a power block approved by Israetel. However, no matter the equipment, it takes a lot of hard work to get into the shape the YouTuber is in. Speaking of which, previously PewDiePie had revealed the hardest workout for himself as well.

He is very focused on maintaining his physical body and trains 5 days a week. In the workout video he had previously shared, he talked about working out and said, “I personally really enjoy working out with dumbbells.” He has shifted his gym from the basement garage to his living room and works out in his living room.

He also spoke about being consistent with his workout routines. “My workout is pretty much more or less the same as I used to. I have only changed up a couple of things here and there. I think I used to do five days a week. But I have moved down to four days a week. I start like most people with the chest.”
