Even with a limited amount of food available, he managed to become a great powerlifter. He trained in a self-made gym made with wood, bricks, and Soviet-era tractor parts. Finally, Shmondenko opened the gates to success by winning 3rd place at the 2018 GPA World Championships. Now the star is a sensation among fans, and this latest Instagram picture also got a lot of praise from his followers.
