In the post, the bodybuilding veteran talked about his approach to reaching the goal of achieving a symmetrical, proportionate body by taking your time and enjoying every step in the journey.

In the post, Zane explained how,” There is no rush to build a symmetrical proportionate body.” According to the bodybuilder, one does not have to rush to achieve a proportionate physique. Zane further emphasized how you should keep checking the feedback given by your body while taking your own time for the process. Do not overdo yourself; work on the parts your body lacks, he added.

Are you excessively sore from your workouts? Do you have injuries?” Zane had asked in the caption of an earlier post. Sharing the tried and tested method he learned over the years with experience, he explained how his first step was to approach lighter weights with slow movement while focusing on his form. To ensure that one isn’t sore, Zane recommended doing higher reps and using more cable between sets of weight movement. He also advised stretching longer between the sets.

In addition, Zane mentioned watching out for delayed-onset soreness and detecting soreness at an early stage. If soreness is detected, then he explained how one should adjust the frequency of their workout and the duration of their routine, depending on the feedback given by their body.
