Coach and bodybuilding enthusiast Joey Swoll is making his opportunities count to end toxic gym behaviors. The 40-year-old is a strong advocate for keeping a balanced and healthy environment in the gym. He goes up and beyond to call out gym goers who belittle the spirit of working toward a healthier lifestyle in gym spaces.

Recently, he again came on Twitter to show a video and rectify the uncomfortable gym culture. He demanded a woman be kicked out of the gym due to her actions. Here?s why.

Joey Swoll demands the cancellation of their gym membership

Swoll posted a video on Twitter on 22 May that showed a woman taking a selfie inside the gym. The woman clad in black takes a selfie in the locker room with another woman who is disrobed in the background. The woman in question did not cover up the scantly clad woman?s privacy before uploading the picture on her social media.

Joey had a lot to say about this privacy infringement and he posted the video on Twitter stating, ?I can?t believe that in 2023, people don?t know better than to take a selfie in the locker room at the gym with somebody that is n*de or changing in the background then post it to social media. And then comment, something like this.?

The woman @morbidmegmeg had commented, ?The orange lady was full on n*ked, don?t need that?. Swoll further stated, ?I?m the one that had to block out this woman in the background. So to this young woman taking this photo, I hope JD Gym, this gym sees this, kicks your a** out. You owe that woman an apology and you better hope she doesn?t wanna press charges. You need to do better?

Gym bro creates a healthy gym culture

Joey Swoll has always called out unwarranted behavior in the gym and praises healthy behavior as well. Unlike other videos where he has to reprimand the user, this one time, he praised a gym goer.

In this video, a young woman was completing recline double press and seemed to struggle in the end. A man noticed and came to her aid to help her finish the set. Unfortunately, the man was insulted by the social media clan but the woman in the video thanked the man for his help. And so did Swoll himself.
