Despite his pupil, cornea, and lens of the injured eye still messed up, Liver King believes he is on the path to making a miracle. He got permission to lift heavy from his surgeon again. So, an elated Liver King hypes the significance of ancestral tenets while bashing the modern healing systems.

Liver King’s diet rituals might scare Gen Z. Of Course, those who want to devour the raw organs of animals. But when it comes to sunbathing, Johnson offered an adoptable routine. The influencer shared his daily sunbathing schedule, which includes a 30-minute session at sunrise, mid-day, and sunset.

While these rituals might frighten people with heliophobia, Liver King offers the perspective to make it rational. He suggests that red skin is from sun exposure because of absorbing too much of the excellence of the sun. He also stressed other benefits of sunbathing that might look pleasing to health mongers, such as synchronized circadian rhythm and heart and hormone health.
