Earlier, professional bodybuilders would earn fame by winning elite bodybuilding contests like Mr. Olympia. However, nowadays, social media fitness influencers also demand the same respect for their ripped physique. The 21-year-old Sam Sulek is known among bodybuilding lovers for his 240 lbs shredded frame. However, Sulek confessed that he trains for himself.

Sulek spilled beans on his friends who hit the gym after a breakup. However, the bodybuilding Hulk finds it irrational. “I don’t know if that’s the best way to go about it, because when you introduce all these outside factors into the gym, I feel like you’re not in there for yourself, just to almost get over on someone else, like do it for someone else’s approval, or like you want to show them what you’re missing out on,” he poured his heart out.

The 21-year-old finds such pushing factors as superficial and instead preaches to “do sh*t purely because it’s what you want to do.” Sulek affirms that such an attitude while embracing a fitness journey will be high on “self-satisfaction.” Don’t do s*t just because other people tell you to, he advises his followers. Now, one can understand how Sulek survived all the backlash online in recent times because he focused on himself.

The young lad was a diver before he shifted his focus to bodybuilding. However, many experts and the fitness community are not fully convinced that Sulek’s bodybuilding gains are natural.I have very big concerns, and this is sort of where I talk about where I echo back to that Jo Lindner who we lost way too young,” fitness coach Jeff Cavaliere expressed concern about Sam Sulek.
