In the new YouTube video from the ‘Men’s Health’ channel, Matt breaks down his Weekly Workout routine. He does not directly start the video by showing his workout routine. Rife broke down the crux of when he started his fitness journey. The comedian hailing from Ohio said, “I really got into fitness I’d say about five years ago.”

He spoke about his childhood and said, “I’ve always been a naturally very skinny kid. Like I’ve always had a hard time putting on weight or maintaining it.” Matt also had a realization that exercise was more than just for physical fitness, “I realized how much of a release it is for your mental health more than even just your physical.”

While Rife was speaking about how addictive fitness can get after seeing the results in real time, the video showed Rife using rock climbing as a fitness regime. According to Matt, most comedians are not involved in the fitness world which is not completely a lie. He even mentioned Kevin Hart who is a comedian and actor who is hugely into fitness. Matt Rife has not only delved into the comedy and fitness world but also into the world of Hollywood. This is due to the famous rift between Zendaya and the stand-up comedian.

Matt Rife and Zendaya’s relationship

The comedian has been doing stand-up since the age of 15 and has dated actress Kate Beckinsale who is 22 years older than him. He had a tiny squabble with the ‘Euphoria’ start as well. All the rift started from the show ‘Wild n Out’. The comedian who released a comedy series named Only Fans faced some backlash after how he treated Zendaya.

Matt performed in the show for two years and left in 2017. In season 7, Matt and Zendaya had a skit on one of the November 2017 episodes. Rife tried to flirt with her and even touched her chin while trying to make the ‘Spiderman’, actor spill out her water and lose a game. The behavior did not amuse her at all.
