And he recently uploaded a video on Instagram that has 92.6K followers. The video was pretty impressive, as the strongman was seen doing deadlifts.

Mitchell Hooper lifts an insane amount of weights

The video showed Hooper doing deadlifts. And with each successful rep, the weight was increased. It was uploaded on his Instagram account on 30th May 2023. Michelle Hooper captioned the video,??Did I just graduate the gym????

The video shows the strongman doing lifts while two people are supporting him. The two spotters kept adding plates to the rod while Hooper kept lifting it. There were gradually nine plates on each side of the rod. It was probably an RDL of 380 kg, and doing this successfully is an incredible feat.
