As per the video, his warm-up session is lengthy and might be a full-fledged workout for someone else. The American fitness influencer also revealed how he maintains a chiseled body even at 54.

As per the video, the bodybuilding icon explained why he does 30 reps of warmup, and how he was keeping it short for that particular day due to shoots. The first exercise was described to be an incline warm-up to get the nervous system pumped up. Mike said, ?Warming up the nervous system solely just to get some kind of pressure on the body. Open up the shoulder. Now we’re going to start the workout.?

Then he explained the reason why he did that warm-up was because he was ?dried out?, and is getting ready for a shoot the next day, so he needs to keep it light. For Mike, this was not extreme but for his partner, it was equivalent to a straining workout.

His partner said, ?That wasn’t a fu**** warm-up. I mean, I’d never trained like this.? He also continued saying, ?I’m not even joking. I know I make it like I’m fun. Like I make jokes, but I’d be gone 100%.? The athlete-turned-actor then revealed that they did 365 twice, and 315 again. According to O?Hearn 135 does not count, and 225 does not do anything. Mike is surely strict with his warmup routine, which is why he has the Greek God physique.

O’Hearn shared a Youtube video previously on his channel, speaking about an age-old workout routine. The exercise was the behind-the-neck press, which is an advanced version of the modern shoulder press. However, the exercise is controversial, keeping many bodybuilders away from it.
