The 28-year-old shared the precautions he had to follow to prevent any serious side effects. One of the many precautions he was not allowed was to work out for at least a month. Many reports suggest that after a hair transplant, whether FUE or FUT, it’s crucial to let the transplanted hair settle. Hence, he was advised to avoid an intense workout routine to prevent negative effects. Exercise might enhance sweating and itching in the scalp, which are prohibited initially for the best results.
