In terms of specifics, Monday marked the commencement of his cardio training, which began with a modest 15-20-minute session. However, as the days and weeks pass, both intensity and duration are expected to increase.

Dietary adjustments are already underway. Samson’s carbohydrate consumption has been decreased to around one hundred grams, with some basics including rice, being completely removed. “I’m simply having 3 eggs for breakfast,” he noted. All these changes in his diet and training are to help him get in shape for the Mr. Olympia competition.
