In the caption of the post, Lunsford surely wrote that Mr. Olympia is only 3 weeks away but he is also eager to see his baby. He stated, “The support of my wife?@jhelbell?@fitwithjhel???? and having our baby girl coming in about 11 weeks gives me that extra gear I never knew I had.”
