Having heard Kai Greene’s thoughts on building huge calves, Kali Muscle started his quest for building the same. “I started researching and studying and had to get big calves,” he revealed. In the process, he learned about the bodybuilder who had the biggest calves of 24 inches in the history of the sport.
“Ran into Eric Fankhouser, the biggest calves in the bodybuilding to this date and he was doing a set of 50,” confirmed the fitness influencer. So, he started to follow Fankhouser and said, “Weren’t about the weight like most people think I had to drop the weights 7 days a week.”
