Eight times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman continues to inspire countless individuals with his immense success in the realm of bodybuilding. Apart from his accomplishments in the bodybuilding sphere, he is also popular among lifters for his insane amount of strength and his unreal lifts. Unfortunately, his years of lifting heavy also later became the reason why he was in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. However, Coleman appears to have no regrets about this as he continues to train despite his retirement from the sport decades ago.

In his latest YouTube video, Ronnie Coleman could be seen training heavily along with fitness creators and fellow bodybuilders Jujimufu and Antoine Vaillant. Let’s take a look at how the trio trained their back and biceps during their time together.

Jujimufu, Coleman, and Vaillant trained recently at the ‘Ronnie Coleman Signature Series Gym.’ The video started with Jujimufu and Vaillant doing seated barbell shrugs together. As the duo went heavier and heavier, it reminded Coleman of his youth years. He confessed, “That was one of my favorite exercises back in the day.” During the training, despite being 59 years old at the moment, Coleman pushed hard and channeled his inner powerlifter. Taking inspiration from this, he titled the video ‘Ronnie Coleman Channels, his inner KYRIAKOS GRIZZLY with JUJIMUFU and ANTOINE VAILLANT.’

The next exercise that they moved on to was high rows to train their back. While Ronnie was about to get started with his set, Jujimufu couldn’t resist appreciating ‘The King’s biceps development as he said, “Sorry just admiring your biceps.” The next movement that they went on was chest-supported rows and neutral grip lat pull-downs. It was during this time that Coleman talked a bit about his famous 800 lbs deadlift. As he previously revealed too, Ronnie admitted that the only regret he has to date is to not try another rep. “I had two in my mind.”

After this, they dived straight into training biceps. Coleman also revealed that his current favorite movement is none other than the simple bicep curls. The first exercise on the list was standing bicep curls on a machine. Jujimufu jokingly said, “The worse you are at math, the better bodybuilder you are,” as he forgot the reps he did on the standing bicep curls.
