Elaborating a bit about the workout itself, Arnold disclosed that the workout consists of two circuits of 3-4 rounds. He also instructed his fans to rest for 2-3 minutes after every circuit before repeating. As part of the first circuit, ‘The Austrian Oak’ suggested performing Farmer’s Walk for 20-30 steps followed by pushups which can range anywhere from 10-30 reps. “After you complete all the rounds of the first circuit, then move to the next circuit,” said Schwarzenegger.

Circuit two of the workout also begins with performing Farmer’s Walk for 20-30 steps followed by bodyweight squats for 10 to 30 reps. “You can also add weight if you want; your strength will determine how many reps you perform,” explained Arnold.

Why did Schwarzenegger ask his fans to be cautious against dark chocolate?

Schwarzenegger mentioned in his previous edition of the newsletter that dark chocolates can at times contain high levels of metals like lead and cadmium. However, he also mentioned that “The poison is always in the dose…So if you don’t eat too much chocolate or have it too often, there’s no need to worry.”

Schwarzenegger explained this further, revealing that milk chocolates have less chance of this. “If you prefer milk chocolate, you have even less reason to worry. That version has less cocoa, which means a lower likelihood of having more heavy metals,” said Schwarzenegger.
