As per the post shared today, the 54-year-old athlete took a moment to realize the brutality of the show with a tinge of humor. Having been associated with the TV series about 16 years ago, the American pro was thrilled to share a video from the show. ?BABY DON?T HEARN ME !? he wrote in the caption.?

That was not all, Ray Cash Care, a former Navy SEAL Vet recalled how O?Hearn used to strike him down similarly in the comments. It read, “I remember when you used to do that to me #foreplay.” This note derived two little hearts from the fitness icon himself.
