Ruhl, nearly 6-weeks ago, shared an inspiring video on his Instagram account. In the video, a 75-year-old woman came near a 200lbs weight, casually held it, and smoothly did a deadlift. This amazing action was cheered on by Zack, who captioned the post,??We getting older, WE GETTING BETTER!!! ?.??He also shouted,?”Hey Sally! you little bad**, look at you!??She smiled at him like it was nothing! She made a 200 lbs deadlift look so easy in the video.

Nora Langdon is an 80-year-old bodybuilding enthusiast and she recently proved that age is no hurdle for her.?She deadlifted 310 lbs, and her power?amazed her fans. Langdon was training at Michigan?s Royal Oak Gym, and her posture was perfect till the end.
Nora wanted to change her looks after 60 and decided to join the bodybuilding community. Langdon trained under her husband?s friend, Art Little, and debuted in the 2006 Powerlifting State championships at 64. She won the gold medal for her enormous strength.
