Francis Benfatto way of starting a workout session
The 64-year-old bodybuilding icon, Benfatto, has been lifting weights for over five decades. He often shares the vast knowledge he gained through his experience on his social media, enlightening the rookies with wisdom about the sport. He once shared a tip for reducing the chance of injury while working out.
He posted his ripped physique and shared the ideal way to begin a day. “Warming up! A workout session it’s like when you start the day, you need (you have to) to warm up, otherwise you take an unnecessary risk, ” he wrote in his post. Injuries can demotivate bodybuilders, who might suffer downslide aftermath, due to low confidence. So, prevention is better than cure. Benfatto suggested in his detailed post to “warm-up” both mind and body to begin a new day.

He suggests that visualizing the day’s tasks beforehand helps in avoiding distractions. However, he doesn’t claim that this technique completely eliminates the risk of injury. The 1987 Mr. Universe only stresses the importance of minimizing the chances of injury through proper warm-up. In one of his earlier posts, the bodybuilding coach talked about the long-term effects of weightlifting.

“But today, I can still see the results of the first kilo I lifted 50 years ago…why? Because this is a long-term challenge, a very long journey,” Benfatto said in his post.

His disciplined training regimes and diet routines have been helping him to hit the gym even in his sixties. There is no denying that Francis Benfatto’s bodybuilding wisdom is helpful for fitness enthusiasts as it comes from ages of experience.
