The 72-year-old bodybuilder turned actor, still trains hard in the gym without getting tainted by the touch of age. He does not only do light exercises but maintains a strict routine with the right forms.

Through his latest video shared on his Instagram, Ferrigno revealed how he does not like people who engage in fitness stunts in the gym. Instead, the bodybuilder warned these people that their stunts might lead to some consequences that they would not like.

Lou Ferrigno threatens to transform into the Incredible Hulk

In the video, Ferrigno depicted how many fitness enthusiasts egolift in the gym to show off their strength and to make an impression. He emphasized the reason to show where they were going wrong. He then recalled how he has seen people swinging heavy weights as much as 50 lbs and drop them. Ferrigno reasoned, “because they want to make an impression.”

Ferrigno also threatened the fitness world by telling them, “You don’t want me to be angry. And you won’t like when I’m angry, because you don’t want me to become the incredible Hulk.” Then he also showed how to properly engage in curls, adding, “So make sure you do it correctly. Slowly curl one, and then you curl the other one, two. Inhale, exhale, on the way down squeeze. Feel each repetition.”

In one of his posts, Arnold Schwarzenegger shared a photo where he was sitting right opposite Lou Ferrigno. As both the rivals from their bodybuilding days face each other over a game of chess, Schwarzenegger wrote, “It was fantastic to hang with my friend @theofficiallouferrigno and play chess yesterday. He’s a fantastic player!”

The Austrian Oak also humorously added, “We never stop competing!” From doing several bodybuilding shows to creating timeless characters like The Terminator, Conan, The Hulk, and Sinbad, this duo has always been at each other’s throats and is still doing the same.
