Despite sustaining critical injuries during his prime, The Rock never skips his workout routine. The 51-year-old often impresses netizens with his killer gym sessions on Instagram. He recently shared another glimpse of his crazy workout.

One of Hollywood’s highest-paying actors never compromises on getting his daily dose of fitness at the gym. His passion for being fit and in shape can be testified by his attitude of carrying a mobile gym even when on vacations. Despite the steroid allegations against ‘The Rock’ by the bodybuilding community, the fans can’t stop themselves from admiring his hard work at the gym. The ‘Fast & Furious’ actor recently got into an intense workout. 

Sharing a glimpse of his workout, the 6’5″ giant mentioned, “Working on ankle & knee mobility with this raised Bulgarian split squat movement.” While giving a list of injuries he sustained, the superstar stresses the importance of smart workouts. “Years of battling injuries (torn Achilles, multiple knee surgeries, torn quad off my pelvis etc) forced me to train just as intense, but smarter & wiser, ” he wrote in his post.

Despite sustaining painful surgeries, the ‘Black Adam’ star is not giving up his rigorous training regimen anytime soon and shared words of wisdom in his post. “Mind muscle connection is real. Always trying to improve, work in progress..,” he affirms to his 388M Instagram family. The post got appreciation from his fans, who commented on the post.

The raised Bulgarian splits of Johnson raised the temperature of the internet as fans poured their thoughts into the comments section. “Insanely painful,” wrote a fan after witnessing Johnson’s efforts at the gym. While another fan declared, “Name Rock he mean it,” hinting at the actor’s sheer strength.
