Recently, she shared an Instagram story where she tried a recovery method Joe Rogan endorses. Earlier, the Albanian fitness influencer shared another story where she touted the benefits of walking. After trying Rogan’s recovery protocol, Greca highlighted how walking twice a day can help regulate sleep.

The UFC commentator and standup comedian have been experimenting with sauna and cold plunges for a few years. In 2021, Rogan posted on Instagram about his experiment and how combining sauna and cold plunge made him feel?“amazing.”
